By enrolling in the 21 Days Consistency Challenge operated by Hustle Club, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a payment.

1. About the Program

Hustle Club is an online, membership-based platform that provides structured challenges, accountability systems, and productivity frameworks designed to help participants build consistency in early rising, fitness, focused work, and daily routines.

The 21 Days Consistency Challenge is a time-bound, structured online program delivered through digital tools and community platforms.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or older to participate.

  • By enrolling, you confirm that the information provided during payment and onboarding is accurate.

  • Participation is voluntary and at your own discretion.

3. Program Structure

The challenge includes, but is not limited to:

  • Scheduled daily wake-up sessions

  • Accountability check-ins and proof submissions

  • Progress tracking, streaks, and leaderboards

  • Community access and guidance

  • Sleep, productivity, and consistency frameworks

While guidance and structure are provided, results depend entirely on individual participation and effort. Hustle Club does not guarantee specific outcomes.

4. Payments & Pricing

  • Program fees are clearly displayed on the payment page.

  • Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.

  • Access to the program is granted only after successful payment.

  • Early-bird or discounted pricing is limited and subject to availability.

5. Refund Policy (2-Day Money-Back Promise)

  • A 2-day money-back guarantee is available from the date of payment.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of payment.

  • After 48 hours, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

  • Once the refund window expires, the fee becomes non-refundable, even if the participant stops attending or engaging.

6. Attendance, Accountability & Penalties

To maintain discipline and fairness within the challenge:

  • Participants are expected to attend sessions and submit daily proof as outlined.

  • If you plan to miss a session, you must inform the team before 9:00 PM on the same day.

  • Missing a session or failing to submit proof without prior notice will result in a ₹200 penalty per occurrence.

  • Failure to pay the penalty within 24 hours may result in removal from the challenge and community, without refund.

These rules exist to preserve the integrity of the accountability system.

7. Community Conduct

By participating, you agree to:

  • Maintain respectful and professional behavior

  • Not disrupt sessions or community discussions

  • Not misuse, copy, resell, or redistribute any Hustle Club materials

  • Follow instructions provided by the Hustle Club team

Hustle Club reserves the right to remove any participant violating these rules, without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, systems, frameworks, trackers, and materials provided are the exclusive intellectual property of Hustle Club.

  • Content is for personal use only

  • Redistribution, resale, or commercial use is strictly prohibited

9. Health & Lifestyle Disclaimer

  • Hustle Club does not provide medical or professional health advice.

  • Fitness, sleep, and productivity suggestions are educational in nature.

  • You are responsible for assessing your own physical and mental readiness.

  • Consult a qualified professional before participating if you have any health concerns.

10. Limitation of Liability

Hustle Club shall not be liable for:

  • Missed sessions due to personal reasons

  • Loss of motivation or inconsistency

  • Physical or mental strain

  • Technical issues beyond reasonable control

Participation is entirely at your own risk.

11. Modification or Termination

Hustle Club reserves the right to:

  • Modify the program structure or schedule

  • Update these Terms & Conditions

  • Suspend or terminate access for violations

Continued participation implies acceptance of updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
