At Hustle Club, we put a lot of intention into creating structured programs that help members build consistency, discipline, and long-term habits. We encourage you to carefully review the program details before making a purchase.

That said, we understand that sometimes a program may not be the right fit. Our refund policy is outlined below.

2-Day Refund Window

We offer a 2-day refund window starting from the date you join the program.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • You must join the program and actively try it

  • The refund request must be made within 48 hours of joining

  • Requests made after 48 hours will not be considered

Eligibility Criteria

A refund request will be considered only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • You have officially enrolled in the program

  • You have joined the session/platform and attempted to participate

  • Your refund request is submitted within the 2-day window

Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Requests made after 2 days (48 hours) from joining

  • Non-participation or lack of effort after joining

  • Change of mind after the refund window

  • Failure to follow program instructions or guidelines

  • Partial participation or missed sessions

Once the refund window closes, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

How to Request a Refund

Incomplete requests may be delayed or rejected.

Refund Processing

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Any payment gateway or transaction fees (if applicable) are non-refundable
